I called Katie one day and talked to her about diet pills that my doctor had suggested I take to lose weight and asked her about healthy options. Over 6 years I had gained 35 pounds and I had tried going on diets on my own and failed every single time, since the diets were not easy to follow for me. Katie kindly listened to my frustrations and suggested that I try going on a diet plan with her and explained how it worked. Her confidence and caring manner encouraged me to make a commitment and I think this was the best decision I have made health-wise. The diet does not restrict any food categories and does not limit you to specific recipes and I could easily modify my favorite dishes to healthy meals that I enjoyed. I lost 25 pounds in three months. The beginning and adjusting was a little difficult but Kaite was there for me all the time. Whenever I had any questions or concerns she was there as if she was living with me. She would get as excited as I was when I lost weight and gave me hints how to have treat meals sometimes without gaining weight. I followed her instructions and was honest with her about how I felt and communicated with her all the time. Kaite does a wonderful job, she is knowledgeable, caring, respectful and responsible. I will be thankful to her for the rest of my life because now I know what and when and how much to eat and what to do when I fall out of healthy diet for a meal without feeling bad or guilty. She helped me change my eating habits, something I had always struggled to do on my own. Thank you Kaite for believing in me and all your encouragements along the way.
