I'm a wife and mother of two wonderful kids, and my passions include traveling, immersing myself in nature, and reading book. Spending time with my family and friends brings me immense joy.
Let's dive into my educational background and personal philosophy:
I hold a Master's degree in analytical chemistry and have extensive experience working as a researcher and chemistry analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
Despite my success in this field, I always like nutrition, food, and aiding others.
In one weekend, after toiling away in the lab, I made the courageous decision to start a new journey and become a certified nutritionist. Balancing my studies with a full-time job and with two young children presented its challenges, but it remains one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
In my personal health, I battled with migraines, digestive issues, PCOS, and weight fluctuations for years.
Despite trying numerous fad diets, I hit a plateau and struggled to maintain a healthy weight.
However, upon completing my nutrition studies, I began implementing my newfound knowledge and witnessed incredible transformations.
Through wholesome, nourishing foods, I managed to alleviate most of my health issues.
Now in my 40s, I enjoy regular, delicious, and nutritious meals, boasting a metabolism that surpasses my younger years. Migraines and digestive woes are a thing of the past. My transformation journey in this picture has been remarkable; I've shed 27 pounds in just three months.
